Ethos is a Singapore-based DeFi platform that leverages the power of decentralization to make self-custody of crypto assets accessible to a wider audience.
Ethos was in need of a scalable blockchain API solution for powering its financial products. They needed a system that could handle a large volume of transactions and provide a seamless experience for their customers. The goal was to make web3 as accessible as the world wide web - only decentralized.
Ethos turned to Deqode Labs, a team of blockchain specialists, for assistance in developing their vision. The Deqode Labs team worked closely with Ethos' internal team, dedicating 7 developers and 20 months to the project. The result of their efforts was the creation of Ethos Bedrock, a sophisticated, high-performance multi-blockchain API system.
The API proved to be a valuable foundation, and handled billions of dollars in transactions for Ethos and its partner companies. Ethos returned in 2022 after a brief hiatus to launch another grand project - this time with a 12 people Deqode Labs team. It’s on track to create a secure decentralized trading platform that’s as intuitive and robust as a centralized exchange.
